1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ARcloud Records services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Services

ARcloud Records provides music distribution services to independent artists and labels. Our services include but are not limited to digital music distribution, ISRC/UPC code management, royalty collection, and artist support services.

3. Copyright Disclaimer

Copyright Disclaimer under Section 107 of the copyright act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favour of fair use.

4. Content Guidelines

We never distribute cover/remix tracks. Please make sure you never deliver any such content. All content submitted must be original work owned by the artist or properly licensed.

5. Royalty Payments

All royalty payments over & above ₹3000 will get automatically transferred to your bank account on 20th of every month. Subject to correct bank details filled by you. Royalty reports are uploaded in a span of 3 months.
